How do I get into events after I RSVP?

Check your email for detailed instructions when you RSVP to an event. You can usually check in on the promoter’s guest list at the venue’s doors.

When will Tutti be coming to my city?

Soon! Tutti is planning to expand to many more major cities. You can sign up for updates here.

What if my favorite artist/venue isn’t listed on Tutti?

We’re expanding to partner with more promoters and venues to bring you more show. If there’s a particular venue or promoter you want to see listed, email us at info@tutti.la.

How do points work?

Every month, you have 36 points (for standard subscribers) or 72 points (for premium subscribers) to use towards events. Each event usually costs between 9 and 18 points, so you can use these points on up to 4 events every month.

Can I buy more points?

We’re rolling out more features and plans soon, but for now you can only use either 36 or 72 points each month.

How far in advance can I RSVP to events on Tutti?

We’re always working to bring you events earlier, but in general events are available on Tutti within 2 weeks of the show date.

What if I want to bring a friend?

If you sign up for the premium subscription, you have the option to bring a +1 to any event, for double the points. +1s are not available for the standard subscription.

Can I cancel my RSVP?

You can cancel your RSVP within 24 hours of the event date and keep the points you used for the event. If you cancel with less than 24 hours remaining, you will lose the relevant points.

Do my credits roll over to the next month?

Your credits will reset every month, so they don’t carry over.
